Corrections Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Accuracy is fundamental to our journalism. When we get something wrong, we correct it quickly and transparently.
Minor Corrections
Typographical errors, misspelled names, or minor factual inaccuracies that do not materially change the meaning of an article are corrected without a formal correction notice, though the article's "Updated" date is revised.
Factual Corrections
Errors of fact that affect the substance of a story receive a correction notice appended to the article. The notice identifies what was incorrect and states what the correct information is. Example: Correction (June 10, 2026): This article originally stated X. The correct figure is Y.
Retractions
If a story contains fundamental errors that cannot be corrected, or if a story was published in bad faith or based on fabricated information, it will be retracted. Retractions are published as a separate notice that remains permanently accessible.
How to Report an Error
Email editorial@primussource.com with the article URL and a description of the error. We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
